Summary
Evolvd's team built out key behaviorally-triggered, ecommerce email and SMS automations including a Welcome Flow, Abandoned Cart and Checkout flows, Post Purchase Flow, Replenishment Flow, and Subscription Upsell Flow.
In 30 days post pushing these key flows live, email and SMS attributed revenue increased +600% month over month. Email-attributed revenue alone increased from 5% of total revenue to 35% of total revenue, also increasing revenue per recipient +1843% month over month, from $0.07 to $1.36. We also saw a +54% increase in average click through rate from 5.5% to 8.6% driven by increased personalization and dynamic elements.
